It can be fractionated repeatedly under the vacuum condition of 67-133pa to obtain high purity lactic acid, and then obtain monoclinic crystal crystalline lactic acid. Lactic acid and oxidant, iodide, nitric acid, egg white can not coexist, otherwise it is harmful to human body. It is naturally found in the germination of milk, jam of fruit, juice of tomato, beer, wine and many higher plants.
