Lactofen is a complex ester of acifluorfen and is a nitrophenyl ether selective herbicide. It is used in postemergence applications to certain crops which are resistant to its action.
Lactofen is applied as a foliar spray and is commonly used to control broadleaved weeds in soybean, cereals, potatoes and peanuts. It may be combined with oil or fertilizer adjuvants and surfactants. Some formulations include solvents such as xylenes and cumene.
As for soybean and in seedlings after 2 ~ 4 leaf stage, broadleaf weeds basically a homogeneous. Most strains of high less than 125px, 24% EC with 3 ~ 7.5mL/100m2, to spray water weed stems and leaves. After application may have different degrees of damage to soybean leaves, but the late growth of normal. When temperature and soil moisture were favorable to weed growth, the activity of the grass was high.
