Production method
1. inter-hydroxy acid as raw materials
Equimolar 3,4 dichlorobenzotrifluoride and mhydroxybenzoic acid, in the presence of KOH in DMSO as solvent,
the reaction at 138 ~ 144 ℃ 22h, to yield 3- (2 chloro4 - trifluoromethylphenoxy) benzoic acid.
Then in dichloromethane solvent using potassium nitrate - sulfuric acid nitration reaction of acifluorfen.
And then reacted with an equimolar NaOH to form the sodium salt.
2. cresol as raw material
Equimolar 3,4 dichlorobenzotrifluoride and m-cresol potassium salt, at 149 ~ 155 ℃ in a solvent, to yield
3- (2-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenoxy) methyl benzene, and in the catalyst, the presence of acetic acid,
at 94 ~ 96 ℃ through air oxidation, to give 3- (2-chloro-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy) benzoic acid,
then mixed with an acid in a solvent and vinegar bar presence at 45 ℃ nitration acifluorfen, then reacted with an equimolar NaOH to form the sodium salt.3-chloro-4-hydroxy-trifluoromethylphenyl as raw material,Equimolar 3-chloro-4-hydroxy-trifluoromethylphenyl with 5-chloro-2-nitrobenzoic acid in the solvent DMSO, potassium and nitrogen,
at room temperature to produce acifluorfen.
